The app

Farrava HQ runs on your own computer. The sales, expenses, products, customers and other business information you enter or import are saved only on that computer (or in that browser, for the browser version). We do not receive, store or have access to that information, and the app does not send it anywhere.

Backups you create are files on your computer. Keeping them safe, and deciding where to store them, is up to you.

Licence activation

Activation happens offline: the app checks your licence key on your computer. Your email and key are saved with the app on that computer.

Buying

Purchases are handled by Gumroad, which processes your payment and order details under its own privacy policy. We receive the order information Gumroad shares with sellers, such as your name, email and what you bought, and use it to send your licence key and to help you with support.

This website

This website does not use analytics or advertising cookies. Its pages load fonts from Google Fonts, which may record standard technical information such as your IP address.
